Dungeons & Dragons

Not the video game, but the pen and paper RPG. A few days ago I picked up a starter box for it, I think it's the fourth edition version. Anyone else play the old classics? Yes I know this isn't an electronic game, but there wasn't a section for board games.

I always had a curiosity towards them, but never had the means (or people) to play it with. On a very similar note, there is a game called knights of pen and paper, which is a simple 8-bit/reto style rpg based off of DnD that I enjoy playing while I have a few minutes to wait on something.

. . .

We could learn a lot from crayons:
~Some are Sharp, some are dull,
Some are pretty, some have wierd names,
All of them are different colors,
Yet they all live together in the same box.~

I admit, I have looked around the myth and lore in the story. I certainly wouldn't mind playing a cleric in that game.
